Are you a deeply curious and sexually explorative person?
Have you always been curious about BDSM but felt the kink Bay Area culture is too intimidating?
Are you into personal growth and excited to learn how you can use sex to heal?
If you answered "yes” to ANY of these questions, then this is a workshop for you.
Topics we will discuss:
* What is BDSM (according to our culture?)
* What actually is BDSM (or a more accurate reflection of it...hint - it’s not all black leather and heavy metal music)
* What is a Shadow?
* How can BDSM be used as a tool for shadow integration and healing?
* Live demonstration of how BDSM can be a great tool for shadow integration with the help of a brave member from the audience.
This is great for folks who suspect they're interested in BDSM but are overwhelmed or confused by it, for explorative people who are into personal development, or seasoned BDSM players who want to broaden their understanding of kink and learn something new about themselves.
This is a workshop so please comeback dressed in your everyday clothes and with something to take notes if that pleases you.
Tea and water will be provided. Doors open at 3, come early to get the spot you desire! We begin at 3:30.

BDSM 102: Embodied Informed Negotiation
Part I: Boundaries - Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual. How do you know if something is a boundary? This is extremely important for BDSM because it will help you to communicate in negotiation, and in scene – as well as discover what is yummy for you and what isn’t. We will also be discussing how to give and receive boundaries with more skill and ease and practice on each other!
Part II: Negotiation - You saw a modified version for this in BDSM 101's demo, but I will be taking everything step by step through the process of how I do scene negotiations. Remember: the way to have a great scene is by having a great negotiation!

BDSM 103: Cultivating Creativity and Confidence
Part I: Confidence – How can you be in your true personal power in scenes? By knowing what your archetypes are. Come discover your authentic expressions and how you can use this knowledge to feel more confident in scene – in whichever box you land in.
Part II: Creativity - How can I create more creative scenes? How can you construct something super creative and not get stuck? How do you put it all together? Don’t worry – I’ll give you some simple and easy tools that you can use on the fly for constructing more fun and creative scenes!
