I'm a sexuality coach and mentor, helping people to unlock the power of the sacral chakra, and use its creative energy to align with the most pleasurable life they can imagine. I teach people to do this by helping them to heal sexual shame through experiential and talk therapy. I help people uncover and reclaim shadow aspects of themselves. Once becoming a fully integrated version of themselves, and using tools to tame the dark parts through BDSM and other pleasure exercises, people become unstoppable. Blocks begin to lift. Self sabotage disappears. People connect more authentically with themselves, and in turn can connect more authentically with others.

My journey into this work was one that snuck up on me, but looking back it was clear. Relationships and sexuality have always been a huge pain in my life. My earliest memory was of my parents fighting. I couldn’t comprehend how two people could love me but not each other. The most monumental moment was an attempt in suicide at 19 after my first heartbreak, which launched my inward journey and path into self love and acceptance, integration of dark parts, realization where my personal power lies, and learning the tools and tricks to become a better partner, communicator, and lover.

It feels like an honor to hold space for others in this type of work. We are creatures of connection, and without being able to connect well with ourselves and others, we will never be able to uncover and fulfill our destiny, what we came here to do. The true transformation comes from within. I am merely here to facilitate your inward journey and stand by your side.
